whitlamdismissal.com is the work of Malcolm Farnsworth, a Melbourne teacher. This site was originally part of my main website, australianpolitics.com.

It was established around 1996, but moved to its own domain in 2001.

The material began as a resource for my students, containing a basic collection of documents and a simple chronology of events. I used it when teaching about the Dismissal in VCE Political Studies.

Since then, the site has slowly expanded. Additions are made from time to time, as other commitments permit.
